With a degree in engineering and work experience at three Fortune 500 companies, Julian in 1974, formed his own construction company, Don Julian Builders. Julian attributes much of his success to a staff dedicated to excellence. Full time service representatives take care of customer call backs and warranty work, while the design center staff, including an architect and a decorator, help clients customize their new homes. Don Julian Builders has received many awards from the Home Builders Association, including Pick of the Parade, Effective Design and First Place for K.C.'s Best Kitchen and Baths. His company has also been listed on one of the top 400 builders in the United States by Professional Builder Magazine for two consecutive years. 

 Casa Bella Construction, Inc. was formed by a husband and wife team who believe that not only the very wealthy deserve and appreciate fine quality, exquisitely detailed homes.
